General Terms

• Your own household insurance may cover you, but we can offer insurance on all full removals.
• Packing, loading, goods in transit and storage insurance is offered on this service. Excess may apply please read full terms and conditions. Only limited insurance is available on pre packed/non packing removals, man with a van service and per hourly rate removals. Additional insurace is available, ask for full terms and conditions.
• There is a minimum charge of two hours for all removals and packing services.
• All prices are subject to VAT at prevailing rate.
• Congestion charges are charged at £12 per day when we enter the congestion zone on your behalf.
• Parking spaces have to be reserved. This will be arranged by the customer at their cost. We do our best to avoid parking tickets but these are payable by the customer if issued.
• Payment must be made by credit card. A deposit is taken on booking and the balance on completion.
• Rubbish disposal will be charged at the rates in force at the local waste disposal depot.
